ORDERING AND PAYMENT METHODS
The easiest way of ordering is via my secure online shop using your credit or debit card details via paypal. However if you would rather place the order by telephone please e mail me your contact details and I will call you right back.
DELIVERY
Please allow between three and ten days for delivery. If an item is in stock it can normally be despatched to you within 24 hours. Please check each individual item for delivery times. However, if you urgently require a specific piece just let me know and I will do my best to have it despatched to you as quickly as possible.
Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
All UK orders will be sent out Special Delivery at a cost of £4.75 per order to cover packing and carriage.
RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase I am happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please advise me by e mail before returning any goods to me. Goods must be returned to me in perfect condition , unworn and in its original packaging.
The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, you must advise me by email within 3 days of receipt. You must also return the jewellery to me within 14 days of purchase or it will be deemed unreturnable. I will thereafter either offer you a refund or replace the item for you.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customers expense and I recommend registered post as I cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has be made on my part.
Returns should be sent to the address supplied with your receipt.
RING SIZING
If you do not already know your ring size I recommend you get your finger measured\sized by a jeweller who will use the standard measurements. More oftent than not they are happy to do this free of charge. However, a small fee may be charged for the service.
If an incorrect ring size is provided to me, unfortunately a refund is not available as rings are made to order.
GENERAL SIZING
Please note that most of the bangles\bracelets I have are in standard sizes. However, most of the jewellery can quite easily be made smaller\bigger if requested by you, no problem.
CUSTOMS
If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and\or taxes. Please understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you. Please contact me by e mail or telephone and I can advise you of your delivery charge.
LP Hearts will supply a Customs Label containing a brief description and a valuation of the contents within the parcel.
Please contact me and I can advise you of overseas delivery charges.
PRIVACY POLICY
It is my policy to give you a private and enjoyable web browsing experience. For this reason I do not require that you give me any information about yourself before you reach the secure checkout area of this site and I will not pass on your details to any third party.
SENDING YOUR PURCAHSE AS A GIFT
If your purchase is for a friend or loved one then that is no problem. If you provide me with their address I can send the jewellery direct to them with a LP Hearts Gift Card with your message inside. Any details relating to the purchase will be sent to your address.
